This activator is designed to accelerate the curing of cyanoacrylate adhesive (instant adhesive).
It is developed to be effective under unfavorable environmental conditions such as dry air or low temperatures.
The activator is especially useful when bonding inactive materials or when filling larger gaps, where faster curing is desired.
In addition, the activator is also used to cure excess cyanoacrylate adhesive that is not positioned between two parts.
Permalock activator BT for cyanoacrylate glue (based on acetone / heptane mixture) accelerates the curing of cyanoacrylate glue. Use of activator is necessary when the ambient conditions are not optimal (dry air, cold environment), when the adhesive is thick, when bonding inactive materials (the activator does not replace Primer PR.
